Vance has had his hand in real estate for over twenty years as he worked his way up from assistant to licensed agent to general manager of a four office, 200 agent brokerage. In addition, he has experience in single family and multi-unit property management. He has also assisted in fundraising efforts for Canterbury Cathedral and used his music background to lead church choirs and play the organ.
Vance’s number one passion outside of real estate is travel. He is the co-owner of a Dream Vacations travel business and is always happy to interject travel thoughts in to any real estate transaction!
